Shipping Information


  • We try our best to ship same day or next business day, but due to circumstances beyond our control, our current order processing times have been extended to 3-5 business days (M-F). Orders are shipped USPS First Class or 2-3 day Priority Mail, and UPS depending on size and weight. 
  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.

  • Orders will ship USPS First Class International or Priority, depending on weight or customer preference. 
  • USPS First Class International DOES NOT offer tracking service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
  • USPS Priority International DOES offer tracking service. Please allow *6-10 days for delivery. (*For many major markets actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.)
  • We will not mark items as gifts or reduce the commercial invoice value. Any customs or handling fees charged after we ship are the consignees responsibility.
  • If you are using a forwarding service, use at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages.
